Executive AI Coaching

Your leadership team needs AI fluency before AI tools.

The constraint in most ASEAN AI programmes is not the technology. It is the leadership team that cannot evaluate a vendor proposal, cannot ask the right questions in a board presentation about AI risk, and cannot hold an implementation team accountable because they do not understand what they are reviewing.

What this is not

This is not a certification programme. It is not a technical training course. It is not a workshop series with certificates and group exercises. Leaders who have completed an AI certification course typically know more about transformer architecture than they did before, and are no better equipped to run an AI vendor meeting or review an AI governance report.

This is structured one-to-one coaching, or small-group coaching for a leadership team, focused on the decisions that senior operations and IT leaders actually make in the context of AI adoption.

What we build

Vendor Evaluation Fluency

How to read an AI vendor proposal. What questions to ask in a demo. How to evaluate claims about model accuracy, hallucination rates, and data security. How to structure a vendor scorecard that reflects operational requirements, not marketing differentiators.

AI Project Oversight

How to run an AI implementation review. What milestones matter. How to identify when an implementation is drifting from scope. What questions expose technical debt early. How to structure handoff from external delivery to internal ownership.

Board and Stakeholder Communication

How to present AI risk to a board that is AI-literate but not AI-fluent. How to frame AI investment decisions. How to communicate governance posture to auditors, regulators, and customers.

Change Management for AI Rollouts

How to prepare an operations team for a process that now involves AI. How to handle the exception cases that AI surfaces but cannot resolve. How to build internal capability without creating dependency on the AI system.

Programme structure

Delivered as a quarterly engagement. Four sessions per quarter, each 90 minutes. Two sessions focused on a specific skill area (vendor evaluation, project oversight, etc.), one session reviewing current AI initiatives at your organisation, and one forward-looking session on regulatory and technology developments relevant to your sector.

Between sessions: a curated reading list of 3–5 items specific to your sector and geography. No generic "AI for executives" resources.
