Technology delivery with named partners, not subcontractors.
The AI Quarter handles strategy, methodology, and engagement management. For technology implementation and infrastructure, we work with two delivery partners who are named, accountable, and embedded in every engagement from the Navigate phase onward.
Axiom IT Group
Axiom IT provides the technology infrastructure layer for AI workflow implementations: system integration, cloud architecture, API development, and on-premises deployment where required. Their team has deep experience with the ERP environments common across ASEAN mid-market operations — SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, and the hybrid configurations that regional acquisitions typically produce.
Axiom IT is engaged starting from the Navigate phase: they review the workflow architecture designed during Navigate, own the technical implementation during Activate, and provide post-deployment support for the first 90 days.
The AI Quarter holds the engagement contract and the client relationship. Axiom IT reports into our delivery structure, not the client's IT department, which eliminates the scope ambiguity that occurs when a consulting firm and a technology provider are both reporting directly to the client.
Gruve.ai
Gruve.ai provides the AI platform and model layer for document processing, workflow automation, and AI-assisted decision-making. They are the technical counterpart for AI model selection, configuration, fine-tuning, and performance validation in production environments.
Where vendor-neutral AI platforms are appropriate, Gruve.ai handles model deployment and integration. Where a commercial platform is the right fit (document AI, contract review, compliance automation), Gruve.ai manages the vendor relationship and technical configuration.
Gruve.ai is not engaged on governance or strategy work. Their involvement begins at Navigate, alongside Axiom IT, and is scoped to the technical implementation phases of SIGNAL.
A note on commercial relationships
Neither Axiom IT nor Gruve.ai has a referral fee arrangement with The AI Quarter. We do not receive any financial benefit from recommending their involvement in an engagement. They are engaged because they are the right fit for the work we do in ASEAN, and because their delivery model is compatible with the accountability structure SIGNAL requires.
If a client engagement requires a different technology partner, we say so, and we source the appropriate partner for that engagement. The delivery partner selection is driven by what the engagement requires, not by standing commercial arrangements.
